The more useful question is not whether it is “strong.” It is whether an oil cleanser fits your makeup, skin comfort, and tolerance for a rinse-off step.

KOSÉ’s product materials list a 240 mL pump format and describe the Speedy formula as a quick makeup remover. The company says it can remove waterproof mascara and makeup around clogged-looking pores. Those are manufacturer claims, not independent clinical results.
Earlier official material also described use with wet hands, compatibility with eyelash extensions, and no second face wash. Formulas and directions can change, so check the current bottle—especially if lash-extension compatibility matters to you.
How to Use It Without Unnecessary Rubbing
- Follow the amount and dry/wet-hand directions on your current bottle.
- Spread the oil gently over makeup rather than scrubbing one area repeatedly.
- Add a little water and massage until the oil turns milky.
- Rinse thoroughly around the hairline, nose, and jaw.
- Use a second cleanser only if the current label recommends it or your routine genuinely needs one.
